Capture photos and audio notes with ecoInsight's latest beta* release

Leave the digital camera and voice recorder back at the office, because with ecoInsight’s new multimedia capabilities, you can capture images and voice notes in the field.  The pictures and audio files are associated with the specific space you are auditing in the building.  You can even mark up the photos in the field, email them to team members and partners and share with clients.  ecoInsight’s Multimedia Notes capabilities include:

• Photo capture in the field – you can even capture Google Maps’ satellite images of the building

• Audio notes – Save time by not having to type every specific detail

• Markup – Take notes directly on images

• Collaboration – email files to team members and partners from the field

Catalog Enhancements – Ability to “add to catalog” while creating efficiency measures.

A/C Savings in Project/Proposal – Include the savings from reduced lighting usage.

Schedule Enhancements – Schedules will support seasonality and an “all day” option will make it easier to create a 24x7 schedule.

Electrical Equipment – Collect and export data for existing motors, drives, generators and transformers.

HVAC Audit – Collect and export data for a number of types of existing HVAC equipment (i.e. air handling units, cooling towers, boilers and chillers.

Motor/Drive EM – Create efficiency measures to replace a motor or add an adjustable speed drive.

*Multimedia notes is currently in beta and is still undergoing final testing before its final release.  The beta release is only certified on IE and is not yet certified on other browsers. Should you encounter bugs, please let us know via support@ecoinsight.com.  Please note, there may be data transfer and storage fees for the multimedia functionality in the future.
